1. Reservations & Booking
- All bookings require accurate customer information including pickup location, date, time, and passenger count.
- Prices are based on factors such as service type, vehicle selected, time, and location.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or policy reasons.
- A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment must be completed before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, waiting time, extra hours, cleaning fees, or damages.
- Gratuity for drivers may be included or added by the client.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows: May be charged the full fare.
- Party buses, special events, and large bookings may have stricter cancellation rules.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage
You agree to:
- Maintain respectful behavior inside the vehicle
- Avoid smoking, vaping, or consuming illegal substances (unless allowed by law and by our company policy)

Fees may apply for:
- Vomit cleanup
- Broken items
- Burns, rips, or stains
- Any damage caused by passengers

5. Safety & Conduct
For the safety of passengers and drivers:

6. Delays, Traffic & Unforeseen Events
Excel Luxury Transportation LLC is not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic
- Road closures
- Accidents
- Weather conditions
- Mechanical issues or unforeseen emergencies
However, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your booking on time.
7. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for:
- Lost items
- Stolen belongings
- Personal items left in the vehicle
Always double-check the vehicle before exiting.
8. Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only for passengers 21+.
- Identification may be required.
- Illegal substances are not allowed in any of our vehicles.
9. Liability
By using our services, you agree that Excel Luxury Transportation LLC is not responsible for:
- Injuries resulting from improper behavior
- Failure to follow driver instructions
- Standing, leaning, or walking inside a moving vehicle
- Events outside our control

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
